It’s surprisingly easy to miss documents on the Planning Portal, it can feel like it is either deliberately set up to hide things or that documents are being edited and reuploaded out of order.
Rest assured you are not going mad.
In our case we found that once we get to the documents page it takes a number of clicks to get the documents to show in date order so that the most recent ones are at the top.
