August 2023 Community Update

We produced a leaflet for distribution to the local community with an update on the planning application, which has been resubmitted by the developers with some changes made but leaving other concerns we had raised still unanswered. The flyer was popped into letterboxes in the area before 4th September, when the development proposal went before the Local Council Planning Committee in Island Arts Centre, Lisburn.

We live in Lagan Valley Regional Park, in an area of outstanding natural beauty and we genuinely fear that we will lose what makes this such a lovely place to live if we don’t challenge.
