If you track back through some of our previous posts, you’ll notice a recurring theme: many of our serious questions remain unanswered. Here are some of the critical issues we’ve raised that still need addressing:

• Road Safety Concerns: Despite repeated inquiries, we have yet to receive comprehensive answers regarding the safety measures for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers in the proposed development.
• Environmental Impact: Our requests for detailed environmental impact assessments, particularly concerning the drainage systems and the potential for flooding, have been largely ignored.
• Infrastructure and Capacity Issues: We have highlighted significant concerns about the capacity of the Drumbeg WwTw and the impact of additional housing on the existing infrastructure, but these issues have not been adequately addressed.
