DEFERRED AGAIN

The case was deferred again.

As you know our case is good and well put. Our team and a number of well read and experienced representatives spoke for us. All made their points excellently.

The developers legal team had two of the planning committee dismissed and said the whole committee was ‘tainted’. The meeting having started at 5pm our team was then left sitting outside for an hour from 8pm til shortly before 9 and then our group were told that this case was deferred. 

We don’t know why it was deferred. 

During the meeting it was mentioned a number of times that we are ‘not in the Lagan Valley Regional Park’. FYI below
